What is a primary, secondary, and tertiary referral?

An example will explain: You refer Jessica. Jessica refers Michael. Michael refers Ashley. Jessica is a primary referral for you and when she purchases, you will receive 10% of her order total. Michael is a secondary referral, and Ashley is a tertiary referral, earning you 5% and 2.5% of their order totals, respectively. Note: if Jessica and Michael do not purchase, you still earn the tertiary referral when Ashley purchases.

How do I get paid for my referrals?

When your first referral orders from Allen Prep, we will email you asking for your current mailing address. There are no limits on the number of friends you may refer. All payments are mailed monthly, via check.

Why do you ask for my referral's email address and how do you track my referrals?

Every record in our system has an email address that is unique to that record. When you refer a friend, a record is created in our system with his/her email address. Your specific Contact ID is also in that record, identifying you as the referrer.

How do I know how many friends I referred, and how many purchased?

Your referral statistics will appear on this page (below), in real time.
